WHY FIRST BREAK?
An early break can have a lifetime of meaning… especially for tennis players! Sports is a universal platform that breaks through barriers, and tennis provides a lifetime of physical, social, and personal growth. Children learn to overcome challenges and emerge more confident while gaining important life skills like teamwork, leadership, and integrity. Unfortunately, the rising cost of organized sports hinders participation; oftentimes finances impede a young athlete’s chance to discover their full potential. In the spirit of philanthropy, our focus is to help bridge this opportunity gap by collaborating with stakeholders who share the goal of giving more youth the advantages that come with athletic involvement; in particular, our initiative supports helping children excel in the sport of tennis.
“Great coaches good fundamentals made my son finally find a sport he loves. Thank you all for the bottom of my heart you have all been a blessing and and had a real impact on my kids"
